I’m here to give some pimpy sponsor love to Wellesse, makers of the yummiest liquid bariatric supplements on the planet. Yes, they’re my sponsor, but even if they weren’t, I’d still love them – because they’re 1) yummy and 2) EASY. The perfect solution for newbie post-ops who can’t take pills – but great-tasting for any wls-er, really. They’re fast-absorbing, easy to take, and most are gluten-free (score)!
I was supposed to be at the vendor table in Las Vegas, but as you probably heard, I had a personal emergency and could not attend. I was wicked-super-sad about that, but mostly because I was looking forward to finally meeting Leslie from Wellesse. I let her know I couldn’t make it, and she was really understanding and nice about it. The very least I could do is put up a blog entry to tell you how much I love the stuff, because I really do.
Everything tastes really great – honest. I always get a little suspicious of anything in liquid form because, let’s face it, there’s a ton of stuff out there that’s pretty gag-inducing. Wellesse is on the total opposite end of that spectrum. In fact, I even stated before that I think they should create some Wellesse-brand of Snoopy Snow Cone Machines, because that would be a hella fun way to get your vitamins in, don’ t you think? I’d be on that every single day in the summer.
But for those of you without a snow cone machine (you know, those of you who are actual adults), Wellesse designed these bottles with cute little shot glasses right on the top. Swig! You’re done. Easy. And you can feel really grown up about it without the nasty hangover. Vitamin shots! (Disclaimer: Beth, aka Melting Mama has been pimping them out as shots for way longer than I have. I always jump on her bandwagon. But she loves them too, and for good reason.)
