You have always been a great friend and a great source of encouragement for all who know you. He doesn’t know you or what a real woman should look like. The whole “words can never hurt me” thing that we were told as kids is a fallacy in the greatest because words CAN hurt and destroy. Just let the positivity of your friends show the truth and the ignorance of one fade away.

He’s a jerk, but is he wrong? You admitted to feeling the same way. He was just lamely-voicing the same opinions, without a filter. Labeling him a “woman hater”?

In fact, I don’t think we have really even spoken or emailed. I feel like I know you from your youtube videos. I would say you are anything but fake.I think you keep it real. I for one am so incredible thankful you put your personal journey with weight loss out there. If it wasn’t for people like yourself who do that, many of us would not learn or gain answers of questions we have in our minds and afraid to ask. I am not gutsy enough (ultra senstive here, lol) to put my journey and struggles out there. I had wls 2008 and lost close to 250 but *I* for one AM still obese!!! But one day I can look in the mirror and say I am NOT obese anymore!!! I think it is sad others try and attack our weakness. You Taunia are VERY beautiful on the inside and OUT and my goodness the talent you have! AMAZING!!! I am sure through the show you encouraged so many others.And you have a very WISE friend. Happy people are not cruel.That person must be so sad. And that IS sad!!!
